Boning Knife in Brass and OptikWood

This boning knife is in 1/16" 15n20, an exceptionally tough steel that won't patinate too much with meat and is very easy to sharpen and maintain a razor sharp edge. it has a nice, stiff flex to it and will work great for butchering and breaking down all sorts of meats, and can be used for fruits and veggies in a pinch. It comes razor sharp (sharpened up to .5 micron on a diamond strop) and ready to work! The handle materials are movingui OptikWood with a black g10 liner and brass bolster. The OptikWood is a very interesting new type of material that features a wood laminate under clear resin, when polished the wood grain really shines through and there are some interesting magnification effects going on through the contours of the handle. It is quite waterproof as well.
